- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you looking for great customer service, do just that keep looking, I didn't find customer service here. I sell aircraft, the teller told me there would be a ten day hold on a $38 million dollar deposit. I understand a hold for a reasonable period of time, let's say until the check clears ACH. But 10 days (two weeks of business ) is a free loan. The smartest banker I've met taught me 'we don't do free and we don't do stupid. ..' I agree sir. I'm nobody's fool and resent being dismissed so my conversation can wait while a teller takes a new walk in because my questions are too complex for her. Not fair.
