  Flagstar is not any type of help when it come to a disaster relief. They have no help however , They will set you up on a repayment plan (not reasonable at all) and if, after 3 months of the repayment plan you were unable to get caught up, you can apply for hardship, which, just so you know, can be approved or denied and it will also affect your credit why take that chance? Isn't that why I am asking for assistance to avoid anything negative toward my credit. My husband and I are both out of work for 2 weeks with no pay. Just now getting power back at work. We still have none in our home. How am I supposed to catch up with the ridiculous options Flagstar has to offer you can't and no matter what your credit will be effected. We have several properties Flagstar is the ONLY bank that has no assistance without penalties . Shame on you Flagstar some of us only needed a month or so.
